Elizabeth Micklewright was born in Gnosall and christened on 21st June 1829. She had a twin brother Henry and they were the first children of Andrew and Mary Micklewright (nee Simpson).
Sadly, Elizabeths twin brother, Henry, passed away in 1833 at Forton .
Her mother Mary, passed away on 7th November 1838, shortly after the birth of brother William. We are not sure of the cause of death but it may have been a complication of childbirth given the short period of time.
In 1841, Elizabeth, 12, was staying with the Fieldhouse family in Forton and working alongside her brother Thomas, 10, as a Farm Servant.
We cannot find the 1851census yet for Elizabeth but she married George Thomas at Wednesfield on 14th July 1851,

Their daughter Mary Ann was born in 1854 in Wolverhampton.
Summer 1852 - Birth of George Thomas in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire. 
Son, William, was born in Wolverhampton in 1857.
Daughter, Jane,  was born in 1860 in Wolverhampton
The family also took on young half brother , William Micklewright,  when his mother died and it appears they riased him as their own son.
